先週、実家に戻っていた間、健康オタクの母と一緒に食事をしていたので、普段食べない様なものをイロイロと食べた。バナナやプルーンの酢漬けには参ったけど、おいしさを再発見したのが、めかぶ。ハマってしまって、東京に戻って来てからも毎日食べている。
Last week, I went parents home and I had lots of food which I don't usually eat myself, because my mother is a Kenkou Otaku (health geek). It was tough to eat Pickled Banana (apparently it is/was very popular in Japan) and Pickled Prune. But I learnt that mekabu (
wakame root) is quite tasty. Actually I'm hooked now and I eat mekabu every day!
